Franchisee Satisfaction Report

For anyone researching a franchise, Franchise Business Review knows how important it is to get feedback from current franchisees. To expedite this process, we conducted an independent survey of BrightStar franchisees on their satisfaction.

All active franchisees were invited to participate in the survey. 57 franchise owners elected to participate (approximately 85%). The survey was completed on December 2008.

Franchise Training

You need to be compassionate and caring. You also need to be able to build relationships, network, be resourceful, and have a net worth of $300,000.
