For anyone researching a franchise, Franchise Business Review knows how important it is to get feedback from current franchisees. To expedite this process, we conducted an independent survey of Padgett Business Services franchisees on their satisfaction.

All active franchisees were invited to participate in the survey. 192 franchise owners elected to participate (approximately 68%). The survey was completed on January 2009.
