Franchise Business Review is the industry-standard in measuring a systems franchisee satisfaction. Since 2005, we’ve worked with over 1,100 brands to measure system strength by independently contacting franchise owners. Our questions focus on the brand’s culture, training and support, and financial opportunity, as well as more personal aspects of the business, like lifestyle and overall enjoyment.
On DreamMaker’s latest franchisee satisfaction survey conducted in August 2020, we collected feedback from 28 active franchisees. Some of the areas they really stand out- 100% of franchisees strongly agree or agree they trust their franchisor. And when asked if they would recommend the franchise to others, 93% responded yes, or probably. Based on their scores, DreamMaker has been recognized as a franchisee satisfaction award winner for seven consecutive years. In addition, they recently received an award as a top franchise for their culture - with 100% of franchisees agreeing the senior management team encourages a strong team culture, and a top franchise award for innovation, with 93% rating innovation above average. DreamMaker was also named Best in Category for Home Services in 2021.
DreamMaker is a home remodeling franchise and began franchising in 1999. They’re currently franchising in most states and their startup investment ranges between $142,575 - $364,550.
Each year DreamMaker receives high marks from their community, but what I love best is they are always looking for the opportunities they have to be better partners to help their franchisees be more successful each year.
