Franchise Business Review is the industry-standard in measuring a systems franchisee satisfaction. Since 2005, we’ve worked with over 1,100 brands to measure system strength by independently contacting franchise owners. Our questions focus on the brand’s culture, training and support, and financial opportunity, as well as more personal aspects of the business, like lifestyle and overall enjoyment.
We have worked with the Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate team since 2010. And on the latest franchisee satisfaction survey conducted in January 2021, we collected feedback from 100 active franchisees. Some of the areas they really stand out this year- 97% of franchisees strongly agree or agree they respect their franchisor. And 92% of the franchisees believe the franchisor to be honest and have integrity. Based on their scores, Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate has been recognized as a franchisee satisfaction award winner for 12 consecutive years. In addition, they have been awarded for being a Top Recession Proof Franchise, a Top Franchise for Veterans, a Top Franchise for Women, and a Top Franchise for Culture - with 90% of franchisees agreeing the senior management team encourages a strong team culture. And 95% of franchisees strongly agree or agree they enjoy being part of the system
