We are looking for prospective franchisees who are able to execute upon our core values:
The huge increase in the number of people choosing to stay at home during their later years is corresponding to incredible opportunities in the market for 101 Mobility. As the nation’s first comprehensive home mobility products seller, installer, and service provider; 101 Mobility is answering an enormous market demand. Franchise owners will realize the benefits of operating a business with high demand, while enjoying the personal fulfillment that comes from owning a business that helps people every day.
New franchise owners will get one-on-one assistance as they complete the pre-open checklist, including weekly check-in calls. Once the pre-open items are complete, franchisees travel to our home office for a hands-on two-week training program, which includes product and installation, operations, sales, and marketing.
Once franchises are open for business, they’ll receive ongoing support through bi-weekly calls with their dedicated Franchise Business Development Manager, Monthly Power Team Calls, Annual regional meetings, and an annual franchisee conference.
The 101 Mobility business model is a strong, effective, and time-tested one that stands out in a fragmented industry. We supply high quality, in-demand products, with access to the top suppliers. We provide sales, installation, and follow-up services that simply cannot be matched by smaller independent dealers and installers.
Plus, the 101 Mobility business model provides you, as the franchise owner, with multiple potential revenue streams: stair lifts, auto lifts, ramps, porch lifts, power wheelchairs, scooters, related medical equipment and more – for senior citizens, the disabled, and the hospitals and businesses that are required by law to provide accessibility solutions for them!
Each franchise location receives a dedicated website, customized to reflect that location’s product and service mix. All of our sites are SEO optimized by a premier website design agency. We also provide assistance with social networking, PPC advertising, email marketing programs, and customer feedback surveys (NPS score). Franchisees will be provided with unique tracking phone numbers for each marketing effort to enable them to easily track and measure ROI, helping to make informed marketing decisions.
Each 101 Mobility franchise business operates with a small team of individuals – many may have only three employees when they start out. As a small business owner, franchisees spend their time in a variety of ways. The day usually starts by checking the schedule to ensure product installers (called “Mobility Specialists”) have everything they need for the day. However, last-minute schedule changes are not uncommon. In this industry, many customers have urgent needs, so it is important for franchises to be able to respond quickly when these requests pop up. Sometimes the franchise owner will perform a home consultation or assist on an installation. When everything is going smoothly, the franchise owner may focus on building B2B relationships, holding coaching meetings with staff members, or attending one of the many digital training and power team sessions offered by the home office.

Once you complete your checklist, you’ll attend a two-week in-person training session. Following the training, you’ll be ready to open for business.
