Send Me More InformationThe 101 Mobility franchise opportunity is about scaling a business and being a leader. The skills we seek are tenacity, leadership, organization, and precision, among others. While a technical background can be helpful, all equipment installation and service work should be completed by a trained “Mobility Specialist” that you will hire.
Aside from a strong business model that is very scalable and has low labor cost you are in a business that helps people in many different ways.
We offer a two-week in-person training program at our home office in Wilmington, NC., but due to COVID we have successfully replaced in-person training with virtual delivery.
The first week of the program includes product and installation training, where attendees will become qualified to install and service each of the primary products that we offer.
The second week of the program is called “Business Week”, and includes all of the topics necessary to successfully manage your business, including sales, operations, and marketing.
After our initial training program, you will also receive ongoing in-the-field training from your Franchise Business Development Manager, as well as regularly scheduled phone support meetings.
We are a one-stop-shop for mobility and accessibility solutions. That means that each of our franchise locations sells, rents, installs, and services a wide range of equipment.
Our goal is to provide our customers with easy, hassle-free mobility solutions by offering:
Free Consultations -
We begin each customer interaction with a free on-site consultation. When we meet with the customer in their home, we can learn more about their situation, understand their challenges, and fully assess any problem areas in their home or business. Only after we fully understand the customer's needs do we recommend a solution and provide a quote. If a customer has a problem, we solve it. That's why we prefer a consultative, low-pressure approach.
Options -
We have relationships with the leading product manufacturers in our field. Each of our franchise locations has the opportunity to sell a range of products from a variety of manufacturers, so we can offer our customers options. 101 Mobility franchises also offer rental options on some products - something that few other businesses in our industry can do!
Service and Support -
We offer a comprehensive product and installation training course where attendees learn how to install, troubleshoot, and service each of the core products that we offer. Following training, course graduates earn certifications from our manufacturers and have the expertise and confidence to best serve our customers. We're so confident in our products and service that we offer our signature one-year limited service warranty for each product that we sell and install, giving us a competitive edge and offering our customers additional peace of mind.
We operate in a need-based industry, so we emphasize SEO to enable customers to find us when they have a need and 101 Mobility franchisees receive on average over 1,100 leads per week network wide. Part of your franchise marketing fees will go toward a local, SEO-optimized website for your franchise location.
You may also attract customers through B2B relationships, VA referrals, agency referrals, and other marketing channels. We will work with you to develop a sales and marketing plan in your region.
This is another advantage of owning a 101 Mobility d=franchise ... there isn't a "typical day" as you are meeting and interacting with different customers every day AND providing solutions to their unique situation. As you go through your exploration process on 101 Mobility you'll have the chance to speak with 101 Mobility franchisees and hear more about their "typical day".
