TipTop K9’s business model includes offering a range of dog training services, such as in-home private lessons, board and train programs where the dogs are taken and trained by the team, and group classes. The pricing for these services ranges from approximately $600 to $6,000, with the average sale price falling between $2,000 and $2,600. This model caters to diverse client needs while providing flexibility in service delivery and pricing.
The benefits of owning a TipTop K9 franchise include comprehensive office support, the flexibility to start operations from home before transitioning to a facility for faster profitability, a well-established and recognized brand, and a superior training system compared to other methods.
TipTop K9 provides full marketing support and manages online digital ads for all locations, either through corporate management or by sourcing and vetting marketing companies for franchisees. The marketing companies are overseen and audited to ensure franchise owners can maintain a mostly hands-off approach to their digital marketing.
Franchisee training at TipTop K9 lasts 6 weeks, running 6 days a week for 10 hours a day, making it the most intensive training program of any pet franchise in America. Additionally, TipTop K9 offers 2 to 3 training seminars annually, along with the option for owners to return to corporate for free training at any time. If owners are too busy to train their own team, they can also send trainers to corporate for a nominal fee. Primary Support Structures from Day 1 includes:
