Anago Cleaning Systems Franchise Information
The Anago Master Franchise model is a three-tier franchise system designed for entrepreneurs looking to own and operate a scalable, executive-level business. Master Franchisees are granted exclusive rights to a large geographic territory where they do not perform cleaning services. Instead, their role is to build and support a network of Unit franchisees who handle the day-to-day cleaning operations for commercial clients.
Key Components:
Franchise Sales: You recruit and sell Unit franchises to individuals who want to own a cleaning business. These Unit franchisees pay an initial fee and ongoing royalties to operate under the Anago brand in your territory.
Business Development: Your team markets to and secures commercial cleaning contracts within your territory. Once a contract is won, you assign it to a qualified Unit franchisee to service.
Ongoing Support and Management: You provide training, administrative support, invoicing, and client relationship management to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction. You also help Unit franchisees succeed through coaching and operational guidance.
7 Recurring Revenue Streams:
• Franchise sales and notes – Collect revenue on all Unit Franchises sold
• Recurring royalties & admin fees – Collect a percentage of Gross monthly client billing & collections
• Revenue on 1x jobs & commission fees – Collect a percentage of each one-time service
• Recurring insurance fees – Collect a percentage of gross monthly billing for Anago’s national business protection insurance
• Guaranteed payment option – Collect a percentage of the gross monthly billing by providing a payment insurance to Unit Franchisees.
• Advertising fees – Collect a percentage of gross monthly billing toward advertising
• Supply, equipment, promotional revenues – Collect a margin on all supplies, equipment, apparel, and promotional items
Scalable Infrastructure: As your base of Unit franchisees grows, so does. your revenue potential. You operate from a professional office, build a small staff, and scale like a B2B enterprise – not a labor-based operation.
Proven Brand and Support: Anago provides corporate training, sales tools, marketing resources, technology, and ongoing mentorship to help you launch and grow successfully.
