Bee Organized is committed to delivering top-tier training programs, ensuring the uniformity of the brand across all Hives in their network. The Bee Organized Launch Plan is a comprehensive onboarding program designed to ensure a successful business launch. This programming begins with Colony College Prep Course which includes an extensive list of to-do’s that covers items needed to create and start the business. Colony College is the three-day in-person, hands-on and classroom training in Kansas City with the Main Hive to equip franchise owners with the essential knowledge and skills needed to run a successful Bee Organized Franchise. During this three-day session, all critical aspects of the business are covered including the method, brand standards, operations, human relationships and effective business management practices. Colony College continues with a series of virtual sessions with the Main Hive covering additional marketing, sales and goal training closer to launch. The Launch Plan and Colony College are completed before the Territory opening which arms the franchise owner with the support and knowledge needed to confidently launch, grow and scale their Bee Organized business.
During launch and for the first year of business, the Zee Bee will be assigned a Colony Advisor who will act as the first touchpoint to the Main Hive to provide direction, support and resources that are available for a successful launch and first year in business. The Zee Bee will also be invited to join the Main Hive, along with other Zee Bees that are within their first year on an optional monthly call to discuss tactical questions, review support resources and tools and collaborate with one another.
Bee Organized is committed to providing continuous support to their Zee Bees, ensuring that they have the foundation, training, resources and tools to scale their business. Not only do they have access to the tools and resources that are available, there are recommended recurring business coaching calls with the Chief Growth Officer. These calls are designed to review the “State of the Hive”, address any concerns or questions regarding scaling their business, and offer tailored guidance to help ensure the success of the business.
Continuous advisory, support and training is provided including monthly Zee Bee Focused Sessions, a topical session diving into best practices, tips and tricks and helpful information regarding running a Bee Organized business. A monthly video is provided to give updates on resources and information from the Main Hive, a monthly newsletter, Hi Honey, to all Zee Bees and their Bees on additional training opportunities when it comes to organizing, monthly marketing emails, Creating Buzz, armed with marketing ideas, promotions and tools and an annual in-person event, the Thrive Summit to network, motivate and share updates and best practices to running a successful Bee Organized business.
Bee Organized provides robust recruiting and hiring direction to its Zee Bees, ensuring they have access to a skilled and reliable workforce. To create consistency across all of their Hives, A Standards training program that includes self-paced video training modules and an onboarding plan to equip each Bee with the skills and knowledge required to uphold the standards of the brand. In addition to the onboarding standards training, there is Lead Bee training to elevate and promote Bees as needed. The Main Hive also conducts monthly virtual trainings with all of the Bees across the system to deep dive into topics and arm them with the best organizing solutions.
