At Stretch Zone, we pride ourselves on the omni-channel marketing support we provide to our franchisees and studio operators. Turn-key platforms to manage digital marketing, social media, email, and more make the execution of marketing simple. A robust content library, easy to navigate intranet, and dedicated support team are in place to ensure you’re set up for success. With a national media fund and regional co-op marketing, there is additional marketing happening on your behalf. When opening a new location, franchisees are paired with a grand opening specialist that will walk them through every step of the process, and execute local marketing initiatives on their behalf to ensure the location is set up for success. But that’s just one aspect of marketing support. From a half day dedicated to marketing in franchisee training, to weekly support and training calls, there is constant outreach and assistance to ensure our franchisees and their locations are set up for success.
First training for franchisees is 5 days of Franchisee Ownership-focused fundamentals. That is when franchisees meet their Studio Opening Specialist who works them through an 86 item checklist to get them from Welcome to Open.
Management training is 2 weeks in Fort Lauderdale, with one week of Stretch Practitioner Certification followed by one week of Management and Sales training. Then Opening week we send 2 Master Practitioners out to your new studio. One supervises and assists your managers while they are performing Demonstration Stretches (Our sales opportunity) and the other is performing the same 40-hour Stretch Practitioner Certification on site so you do NOT need to send everyone to Florida to learn how to stretch.
After opening, we have ongoing new opening meetings as well as Ongoing Education classes. In addition, we have a Brand Performance department to report in proactively to owners and meet to monitor studio and owner performance. Our SCORE department re-certifies all studios once per year.
