Every new location launches with a professionally managed grand opening campaign to build momentum fast. From there, our in-house team supports ongoing local marketing, seasonal promos, and 3rd-party delivery strategies across platforms like DoorDash and Uber Eats. You’ll also be plugged into direct mail co-ops and have access to brand-approved designs, print materials, and campaign templates—so you can focus on running your store while we help drive sales.

Every new franchise owner starts with a comprehensive training program at Westside Pizza headquarters, covering everything from kitchen operations and staffing to customer service, POS systems, and financial basics for those new to business ownership. This is followed by a full week of on-site support during your store’s grand opening to ensure a smooth launch.

After opening, franchisees continue to receive regular check-ins, updated training tools, and optional refreshers. Our team also assists with site selection, lease review, and vendor setup—so you’re backed by real support at every step of your journey.
