"I love this place. The details may need tweaking, but that's just growing pains. When it comes to overarching theme/goals/values, every time I think it couldn't possibly get any better, you come up with something to raise the bar."

"I feel our Franchisor and all corporate staff have the best interest in seeing the franchisee's succeed and provide all the training, help and advice that we may need. If I did not believe that our franchisor has integrity and honesty I would not be a part of this franchise. I trust and respect our franchisor."
Ana, Single Unit Owner, Small Market (50,000 - 99,999 population)
"We found the Dogtopia University and MBA training to be exceptional. Boot camp opening training support was excellent and helped us get off to a strong start. And the Dogtopia Connect on-line training for our initial group of team members, and training of follow-on employees, is very professional and comprehensive."
