Marketing Support

Marketing support includes national and local media public relations outreach, national brand and regional advertising, customized digital marketing campaigns, social media content development, dedicated center webpage, SEO, referral programs, and grand opening and open house support. Promotional collateral and marketing assets and templates. An Enroll 360 program with a dedicated customer care specialist is available to franchisees before and after center opening to nurture and convert web leads to booked tours.  This includes an online bookings platform, and a hosted LiveChat directly on the franchisees center webpage.

Training Programs

Lightbridge Academy provides 177 hours of franchise training consisting of in-classroom teaching, webinars, independent learning and hands-on instruction in an operating child care center. This takes place throughout the construction process and continues to grand opening, with ongoing business coaching for the duration of the franchise agreement. The training program exceeds the industry standard and underscores their Circle of Care commitment to franchisees.

Owners Track training includes 20+ hours of classroom training that covers everything from real estate and SBA lending to an overview of launching the business, onboarding, vendors, and enrollment.

Following the Owners Track program, a franchisee attends Lightbridge Academy Franchise Training which consists of a three-week program segmented by week over a four-month period. Topics cover all areas of business including center operations, marketing, and education.

Onsite center opening support continues with 40+ hours of on-the-job training. Each franchisee is also assigned a dedicated Franchise Business Coach to support them throughout the duration of ownership.
