Our Town America is a new mover marketing organization that is a very strategic marketing partner integrating direct mail marketing with digital technology; they help each business that they work with target a specific audience each month that they’ll have the best chance of turning into regular customers. Unlike traditional direct mail, Our Town America franchisees have the unique ability to connect businesses with a new set of new movers every month.
Our Town America Corporate provides scheduled calls, for a nominal fee, from their trained appointment setters. Also, Our Town America offers the option for the Corporate Sponsor Management Department to manage and maintain current clients, allowing the franchisee to focus solely on sales.
Our Town America’s training and support are exemplary. Initial training at the corporate office is 5 days. After classroom training, an experienced field trainer from our corporate office will spend up to five days in the field with the franchisee. This hands-on training will help them launch their new franchise with an expert by their side. Once they are trained, support continues with 1-800 line phone assistance, as well as continuing training opportunities throughout the year. Every other week, the franchisees huddle for a conference call hosted by the franchisor to learn new approaches, while sharing best practices and employing new technologies to help build and grow their business.
