Marketing Support

Spherion offers national and local marketing support from its award-winning National Marketing team. Their local marketing programs include assistance with location setup and launch, both offline and online. Ongoing, Spherion offers training and support for social media, paid search, graphics, and event-based marketing. The brand’s national campaigns boost candidate attraction, retention, and client sales. Innovative annual programs like The Orange Vault and the Community Giveback help every local franchisee increase brand awareness and loyalty while positioning them as the local staffing experts.

Training Programs

New Spherion franchisees receive more than 380 hours of training/support for planning and opening your franchise. Corporate support includes in-person and web-based training for sales, marketing, human resources, and back office expertise. No owner opens their doors less than fully prepared to go to market.

Spherion also requires all new franchisees to attend a new owner boot camp course at the corporate offices in Atlanta, GA. This one-week training curriculum reinforces Spherion’s proven operating practices, quality philosophy and culture while building franchisee recruitment and business development skills in a collaborative environment with other new Spherion franchisees.

Once your office is open, Spherion  joins each new franchisee for 80 hours in the first month of operation to continue building your confidence as a new staffing business owner through sales and operations skills development. This additional, in-person assistance helps you jump-start revenue growth while making room for you to focus on clients and candidates from the start. Spherion  offers concurrent training to new and seasoned staff members to support their professional development and ensure a fast start to productivity and revenue generation.

Spherion’s training curriculum continues with monthly online events about technology, recruitment, compliance, safety, workforce trends and business development. Spherion continues  assisting franchise owners and their teams for continued professional growth in pursuit of ever-greater business success.

Is there a Veterans Discount?

Yes. Spherion offers 25% off the $40,000 franchise fee ($10,000) for military veterans, members of the SBA’s recognized minority groups, and aspiring franchise owners with at least five years of experience working in the staffing industry.
