Our business model involves sending W2 employed, in-home caregivers to help seniors in their homes so they can comfortably age in place. We also file and manage long-term care insurance claims on behalf of policyholders.
Training: 5 day intensive training in our Orange Country headquarters; 3 days in the field training with one of our experienced coaches; On-going, 12 stages of training to get franchisees from $0 to at least $5 million in gross revenues. We've only been franchising since 2012 and we already have franchisees at the $5MM mark. We provide everything the franchisee will need in order to be successful — including the technology, contracts, expertise, and on-going training.
Marketing team dedicated to support our franchise network and national accounts team
Almost all of our franchisees have sales and business development backgrounds. The franchisee will be the front person, going out and building relationships of trust with Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Insurance agencies, Trust Attorneys, Financial Planners and other professionals. As the business grows, the owner will hire a staff to help with hiring caregivers, scheduling, billing, and payroll. As revenues grow closer to $1MM per year, our franchise partners will begin to hire a sales team to start supplementing their sales efforts.
