Scott Koepf is Cruise Planners’ Chief Strategy Officer. He’s a dedicated globetrotter who is passionate about entertainment—and entertaining. As a trained opera singer and a former football player, Scott uses his natural motivational skills and training style to inspire and impact sales growth for Cruise Planners travel advisors. He is a travel agent advocate and loves helping each Cruise Planners franchisee achieve their goals by leading Cruise Planners Training and Events Teams.

Robert and Kyle are a dedicated US Coast Guard family. They’ve proudly owned a Cruise Planners franchise since 2021. Kyle became interested in the Cruise Planners franchise opportunity when his college professor passionately spoke about how much she loved being a Cruise Planners travel advisor. This sparked Kyle’s interest, and he began exploring the Cruise Planners business model. With his husband’s support, Kyle launched the business and got to work as the primary owner and operator.

As a Chief Petty Officer in the U.S. Coast Guard, Robert is a Marine Science Technician. He excels in emergency environmental response and plays a pivotal role in the cruise and shipping industry by helping to create, develop, and review safety, security, and emergency plans. Robert fully supported the Cruise Planners business and participated in the initial training as Kyle did. However, in the beginning, he kept his full-time job while Kyle ran the day-to-day travel business.

Just two years after launching their business, Kyle found himself overwhelmed with more inquiries from clients than he could handle on his own. (Not a bad problem to have!) He knew he needed to hire someone or recruit his husband to become more involved in the day-to-day business. The couple decided it made sense to have Robert leave his full-time job and become fully engaged in their Cruise Planners business. Leveraging each of their unique strengths, Robert focuses on helping clients with land travel, and Kyle specializes in assisting clients with charting bespoke cruise vacations. Together, this dynamic duo delivers exceptional customer experiences, ensuring seamless and stress-free travel for their clients. With their innovative approach, blending the power of social media with Cruise Planners’ proven business model and systems, the couple continues to propel their business to new heights—while enjoying monthly travel adventures together.
