Our marketing support is designed to attract new customers and to keep existing customers coming back. We provide you with a yearly marketing plan, which incorporates direct mail, email marketing, a store website, educational outreach, public relations and other advertising to create a comprehensive strategy. We will guide you through the process of creating a marketing budget to maximize the resources within your local market, including a complete opening and grand opening plan.
A typical day for a franchisee is ensuring the retail store is providing an exceptional customer experience to all. This is done by managing the people, product, and presentation, whether you are an owner-operator or remote owner.
Start-up fees for your Wild Birds Unlimited franchise range between $170,382-$281,606, which includes our franchise fee of $40,000. Royalties remain at a modest 4% of sales. While Wild Birds Unlimited does not offer financing, we have built strong partnerships with 3rd party vendors to assist potential franchise store owners in securing a loan that best fits their needs.
Our step-by-step franchise development process takes between 45-60 days. Once your site has been selected and a lease is signed, the site preparation will take between 60-90 days, depending on how much work your landlord will do to the site and how much work you will have to do to the build out the space.
